2) Thank you for praying! So far this month we have had $290 in monthly support pledged. Our newsletters that we are sending out today are already inaccurate, praise the Lord!!! We now only need $540 in new support by April 1st!
3) Thank you for praying for our meetings and for us to make more contacts! Our schedule for the rest of this month:
Feb 21: Support Meeting with a family
Feb 23: Evening bible study in Marysville
Feb 24: Support Meeting with an individual
Feb 25: Meeting with pastors at: 10am, 12pm, 4pm in the Toledo area
Feb 26: Meeting with pastors at: 10am, 12pm & 3pm in the Toledo area
Feb 28: Meeting with pastor in Columbus
The Lord is lining up a lot of good things for us. Thank you for praying and for fighting. But let me clarify that the prayers are not just for our family and work budget to be raised but for the 21,000 students at Ohio University who need a closer walk with Jesus during their college career, or who just haven't heard yet that there is a God that sees them and loves them. Not to mention the hundreds of students that will be impacted by having a community on campus that demonstrates the love, truth and compassion of the Lord. Wow, thanks for being a part of this!
4) If you would like to pray with us for OU we are starting a prayer group every other Thursday starting March 6th. It will be a phone-in conference call so you can be a part no matter how far away you live. More details about how you can be involved coming soon!
5) We are taking another step of faith by moving to Athens this summer despite our budget not being 100% raised. This DOES NOT mean we can start Chi Alpha right away. We are still not permitted to start anything until our budget is finished. But He who has called us is faithful and we trust that He won't fail us or let us down.
