Support raising feels like an uphill battle sometimes--or like trying to conquer Jericho-- but the Lord is always faithful to speak truth and promises to us just when we need them. And we are are going to continue to do what the Lord has asked us to do. Right now we have raised 44% of our budget. Doesn't sound too shabby until you look at it in the light of: we need to raise $1190 more in monthly support by April 1st in order to get an extension to keep chiseling away at this thing. Kyle and I are praying and praying and praying...and praying for a miracle. We are praying to see the hand of God move so that we can make it to the campus of Ohio University. Please stop what you are doing right now and pray for us. Pray for contacts, pray for people to call us back, pray for people to pick us up for monthly support. Pray with us that we will have $3000 raised by Christmas.
Thank you for stepping out in faith with us. It isn't always easy but it is always worth it!

ReplyDeleteMy Prayer: God. Open up the heavens, touch people's hearts, give them the vision of what You want to do at Ohio U. Strengthen and encourage Kyle and Brittany with Your presence and many additional faithful, monthly supporters! Increase their effectiveness to share their call and vision. Open the hearts of the pastors and people they are trying to connect with. Increase the number of contacts by supernatural means. Lord, we are asking for Your hand to move mountains so the McAllisters can go to the Appalachian ones!!!!
